3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This email will include:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the packaging and the item immediately.

  • Resolution: Email us at contact@yield-glasses.com with your order number. Our team will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund within 48 hours of your report.

6. Incorrect Address & Re-routing

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. YIELD GLASSES is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@yield-glasses.com immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.
